My ping pong journey began when I was 3 years old, and my family transformed our dinner table into a ping pong table by using some rolled-up cloths as a net. I come from a ping pong family where my older brothers were already great players, and my dad is a self-taught coach. My older brothers would bring home medals every weekend from their tournaments. Naturally, I got jealous and sometimes stole them and hid them under my pillow. Soon enough, I was being challenged to bounce a ping pong ball on a racket hundreds of times in a row, and shortly after, I was learning to play on a full-sized table (standing on a chair to reach, of course!). After that followed many hours of intense practice, and I eventually joined the Swedish national team at 12 years old. Fast forward to being a 14-time Swedish National Champion having competed all over the world.
