Every skill level is welcome. During your event, SPIN Pros lead competitions, tournaments and social play. Guests who step away from the tables can play other games or watch sports on the screens.

Team Building Activities in New York City

At both New York venues, SPIN Pros lead competitions, tournaments and social play. As an organizer, you could arrange doubles with partners from different departments or split a tournament bracket by team. At Midtown, you could let guests warm up against the ping pong robot before match play begins.

Flatiron and Midtown Venues for Team Events

SPIN New York Flatiron has 19 ping pong tables and a private room with a dedicated bar, seating and ping pong tables. You could hold a strategic off-site or a client event in that private room.

SPIN New York Midtown has 10 ping pong tables, the ping pong robot, and tabletop shuffleboard open to all guests. Both venues feature a signature bathtub filled with ping pong balls.

SPIN events can include an audio/visual system for presentations or music, so you could open with a short presentation, then play. SPIN can also host your event outside normal operating hours. Company Branding and Event Upgrades

You can customize your event space with company branding across paddles, balls, and table decals featuring your logo and company message. At a client event, guests play with paddles and balls that carry your logo.

SPIN also offers creative upgrades, including a surprise DJ, branded paddles, and a pro exhibition match in the middle of the event.

Food and Drinks from the Scratch Kitchen

Executive chefs cater SPIN events on site from a scratch kitchen of shareable, snackable plates, so you do not need a separate caterer.

Full-service bars pour craft cocktails, premium spirits, and other drinks.

Menus label avoids-gluten, vegan, and vegetarian items. The kitchen uses dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, fish, and shellfish, so guests should tell the party planners about allergies.

Booking Process for New York Team Building Events

Booking a team event at SPIN New York takes four steps.

1. Choose SPIN New York Flatiron or SPIN New York Midtown.
2. Submit an inquiry through the Flatiron private events page or the Midtown private events page and select “team building” as your event type.
3. Share your expected headcount, target dates, and any requests for sessions outside normal operating hours.
4. Receive a quote from the venue’s event team.

Smaller Groups and Seasonal Team Gatherings

Smaller New York groups can book a party package or a table reservation instead of a private event. For groups of 4 to 20 guests, party packages are available on most weekends from Friday evening through Sunday at select venues. These packages are bookable 30 days ahead.

Party packages include a bar package, stationed food, a section with dedicated ping pong tables, extra seating, and unlimited balls. Package prices vary by venue, and you can reserve through the Flatiron party packages page or the Midtown party packages page. Table reservations are for groups of 2 to 10 guests.
