SPIN is the original ping pong social club, and our flagship began in New York City about 15 years ago.

Early Booking Offer for Holiday Events

Book a holiday event by October 31 and SPIN adds one enhancement on the house. Choose a welcome cocktail circulating as guests arrive, a Baked Brie Bite, Cookies & Cream (house-made cookies), or a SPIN tote.

The offer applies at SPIN Seattle. Check the details on our holiday event promotion page before choosing your date.

Included Features for Every Holiday Party

Every holiday event at SPIN includes ping pong, shareable plates, a house disc jockey (DJ) and a space sized to your group. Party planners at each venue handle the event, so you do not have to run it yourself.

Ping Pong Tables and Paddles

Tables remain open all night with unlimited balls. Floor staff keep ball baskets stocked so play continues without interruption.

Guests who want a better paddle than the standard Stiga can upgrade to a Stiga Pro Carbon.

Chef-Driven Shareable Food

Our scratch kitchen prepares warm, shareable plates designed for an active crowd. Guests can grab bites easily between serves without sitting down for a scheduled dinner service.

Music by House DJs

A house DJ plays at every holiday event, so you do not need to book music or bring a speaker.

Spaces at SPIN Seattle

SPIN spaces range from a semi-private corner to a full venue buyout, with flexible table configurations. Private events accommodate any group size and can run outside normal operating hours.

SPIN Seattle is located at 1511 6th Ave downtown, between Pike and Pine. SPIN Seattle has 10 ping pong tables and two full bars serving craft cocktails.

SPIN Seattle also has a private room with a dedicated bar. Guests at SPIN Seattle will also find a signature bathtub filled with ping pong balls.

Custom Branding and Tournament Play

SPIN can put your company logo and message on paddles, ping pong balls and table decals, so guests see your brand during play.

SPIN Pros join select sessions to run competitions, tournaments, and social play. When SPIN Pros run a tournament, nobody on your team has to organize it.

Each SPIN venue has an audio/visual (A/V) system for presentations, music or a toast.

Food and Drinks from the Scratch Kitchen

Executive chefs cater SPIN events on site from a scratch kitchen of shareable, snackable plates, so you do not need a separate caterer.

Full-service bars pour craft cocktails, premium spirits, and other drinks.

Menus label avoids-gluten, vegan, and vegetarian items. The kitchen uses dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, fish, and shellfish, so guests should tell the party planners about allergies.

Planning Timeline and Booking Steps

You book a SPIN holiday party in three steps with the party planners at SPIN Seattle. Holiday dates are the busiest of the year, so contact the party planners early for the best chance at your preferred date.

  1. Contact the party planners through the SPIN Seattle private events page.
  2. Share your expected headcount, preferred dates, and any timing requests.
  3. Receive a quote from the venue’s event team.

Who SPIN Is Not For

SPIN is designed for active social gatherings rather than seated formal dinners. Groups seeking a quiet three-course banquet with assigned seating should reserve a hotel ballroom instead. If your group needs speeches as well as play, party planners can book a semi-private space with the A/V system.

Smaller Groups and Party Packages

Teams with modest headcounts can book pre-set packages without reserving a private room. Party packages accommodate 4 to 20 guests on most weekends (Friday evening through Sunday at select venues) and can be reserved up to 30 days ahead.

These packages include dedicated ping pong tables, extra seating, unlimited balls, stationed food, and a bar package. You can review package options on the SPIN Seattle party packages page or reserve standard ping pong tables for groups of up to 10 guests.

SPIN is family-friendly and becomes a 21+ venue after 9 PM. Through December 31, code GCHOLIDAY25 takes 25% off SPIN gift cards, which make a thank-you gift for your team. The code covers in-person purchases at SPIN venues in the United States only and is not valid for pre-planned events.

If your company also holds holiday parties outside Seattle, the SPIN holiday parties page covers all eight SPIN venues.
